Information you choose to provide
When enabled, contact and ROM forms collect the organization, contact details, high-level requirements, and configuration information you submit. These records support RTO’s response and quotation process.
Access & storage
When delivery is enabled, form submissions are stored in the restricted RTO website lead inbox, posted to the RTO COC General area for the partner team. Email copies are sent when email delivery is configured. They are not published on the website.
Anonymous website measurement
RTO measures page visits, active reading time, scroll depth, tool steps, and the path to a submitted request. Analytics use random browser and session identifiers; form contents, contact details and IP addresses are not stored in the analytics dataset. Records are available to the private marketing dashboard for up to 90 days. Browser identifiers renew after 30 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honored. You can turn measurement off below.
Data minimization
This website adds no advertising trackers. Hosting and authentication providers may process technical information needed to operate the service. Do not submit restricted or mission-sensitive information.
Before public launch
RTO must approve a privacy contact, retention schedule, deletion process, and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures. Those details are not yet configured.
