REACH TECHNICAL OPERATIONS / Magic Box

Magic Box.
Your modular edge.

Magic Box is designed to connect remote systems, sensors, and dispersed teams through private links. It carries IP traffic, video, telemetry, files, and control data without requiring each source system to use the same software stack.

HOW MAGIC BOX FITS

Connect existing systems at the edge.

RTO describes a modular platform for moving operational data across remote links while preserving the equipment and applications teams already use.

Simple field setup

Pre-provisioned nodes are intended to power up with minimal operator configuration. Deployment time depends on the selected components and environment.

Native data transport

Carry IP-based video, telemetry, files, and service traffic across a configured link without changing every source application.

Flexible topology

Plan point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, or mesh-style deployments around the mission and available backhaul.

Remote reach-back

Explore connectivity for vehicles, sensor packages, command nodes, and unattended sites with management needs defined during integration.

SECURITY APPROACH

Trusted links across mixed transport.

The current RTO site describes encrypted private overlays, trusted node relationships, certificate-backed peer trust, and policy-controlled management access. The security design, configuration, and evidence for a particular deployment should be reviewed directly with RTO.

Designed to fit the mission.

RTO’s architecture emphasizes modularity, interoperability, protocol and operating-system agnosticism, and integration with existing systems. Configured mesh and point-to-point overlays support the selected operating concept.

Define the complete solution.

Work with RTO to select connectivity, power, antennas, mounting, cases, cabling, software/services, training, and sustainment. Component compatibility and availability require RTO review.
